Remove worn OE bushing by pressing it out.

Ensure outer metal casing of original rubber bushing is removed, which can be done by cutting with a hacksaw and knocking out with a chisel.
3.
Clean housing with sandpaper to remove sharp edges, so as not to damage new bushing.
4.
Lubricate the outer edge/flange only of bushing going into housing.
5.
Press new bushing into the arm, ensure the most tapered flange faces the arm when pressing in the new poly bushing.
6.
Bench vice or mechanical press can be used.
7.
The new bushing installation is now complete.
