1.
Remove worn OE bushing by pressing out or using a blow torch.

Ensure outer metal casing of original rubber bushing is removed, which can be done by cutting with a hacksaw and knocking out with a chisel.

Clean housing with sandpaper to remove sharp edges, so as not to damage new bushing.

See pictures below before fitting.
- The 10mm bushing flange is designed to fit the lower half of the trailing arm housing.
- Once the bushing has been pressed into the trailing arm housing, ensure that the flat part of the flange sits parallel and faces upwards towards the underside of the vehicle. (The bushing can be rotated in the arm if needed)
- Lubricate the inner groove and inside of the bushing
- Press the bar into the main bushing by hand or with a rubber hammer, until the cutout lines up with the cutout on the main bushing.
- The main bushing is designed to rotate around the bar.
